The living area offers a warm and inviting lounge with a television and a wood-burning stove, along with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery and kitchen utensils, etc.). The living room opens onto two terraces, one of which faces south, offering beautiful open views of the surrounding mountains. The apartment benefits from dual south and north exposure, providing natural light and comfort throughout the day.
